Paul
Everything was perfect, including pleasant stuff. I appreciated great breakfast served daily. Classic queen room was compact and airy with a free bottle of champagne. The location was marvellous for me, right near front promenade. Had lunch/dinner at Donatello, which I found at a moderate distance from the hotel.

Had brilliant stay for a business trip. All the staff were delightfully helpful, patient. We only slept at the classic king room with a balcony, but liked it.

James
The location was perfect: shopping centres and all the main shops were within walking distance. Very efficient staff, everything was really good. Got classic king room with tea, the bathroom, as example as expected.

Varied and great breakfast by the sausages, enjoyed it. We had an airy double room with nice bed, a bathroom the same size, as for instance. The location was great and beautiful, close to the Lanes and beach, an amazing fish restaurant and the bistro for dinner and easily accessible.

Incredible, excellent location in Seafront district close enough to the main Bistro and the hall way, the seafront and the iconic lanes shopping area and the beachfront.

Air conditioned and beautifully designed rooms with a delightful decor.

The staff were patient and the breakfast was varied with tasteless pastries, wholemeal toast and champagne. Perfect central location adjacent to thus sea view, an amazing fish restaurant Riddle and Finn which is about 5 minuets walk and the beach, pier and the lanes.

Overall exceptional service.
Fantastic and very good breakfast options with crisp pastries and the sausages, for instance. Stylish deluxe double room with free standing bath, bathroom, for instance. All in all particularly good and absolutely perfect location, just off seafront and also shopping areas, the amazing restaurants that Brighton has to offer, and Brighton for Lighthouse Family concert.

My airy room had an immaculately clean bathroom and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The location was marvellous - ease of access to Boutique. You could walk to all the main shops and nice stores. The service was welcoming with parking nearby.

All in all everything was really good, had a brilliant stay on a glorious weekend. The jewel in the crown was very efficient staff. The breakfast available was varied with artisan breads and crisp pastries, as example. I found the hotel's location perfect, close to the pier, the i360, the restaurant/bistro and the sea front on one the the great streets in Brighton.

The hotel is perfectly located near the beach and the lively nightlife in The Lanes. The warm inviting atmosphere makes you feel right at home. The staff, especially Diana on reception, go above and beyond to ensure your stay is remarkable. The room is well-equipped and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast offers a variety of delicious options to start your day off right.
The housekeeping could have been better, as the bedding had unacceptable stains.

We liked this stay. Attentive staff and stunning rooms, we had a really enjoyable experience. Central location was a plus. The hotel was in a very nice area.
Dirty bathroom, Wi-Fi was very poor.

The room was beautiful and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a fantastic bathroom; it even had an air conditioner, an iron, and coffee/tea making amenities.
